Most orders leave our warehouse within just 1 business day, but please allow up to 3 business days for certain products based on availability. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey directly.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
For our premium offerings—such as built-in BBQs, bespoke outdoor kitchens, and custom furniture—please note that these made-to-order items may require additional lead times for production and assembly. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location and the specific items ordered. Here’s what you can expect:

Home Delivery for Bulky Outdoor Products
For large items over 40kg (like outdoor fridges & kitchens, pizza ovens, and pergola kits):
- Delivery will be carried out on pallets using tailgate trucks or crane-equipped vehicles, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
- Two-person crews may assist when necessary.
- Our carrier will contact you in advance to arrange an AM or PM delivery window for your convenience.
- Delivery is made to your driveway, carport, or the nearest practical location based on site access. Please note that due to safety regulations, delivery crews cannot carry items inside.
Important Notes on Site Access
Ensure that access is safe and reasonable. Obstructions such as steep or unsealed driveways, overhanging trees, or narrow streets may impact delivery feasibility, so we encourage you to check beforehand.
Depot Pickup Option (Save on Bulky Freight)
If you’re purchasing large outdoor products (such as bar settings or fire pit tables), consider our cost-effective Depot Pickup option, particularly beneficial in remote or regional areas. You will find this option during checkout. Our freight partners maintain nationwide depot locations for your convenience, ensuring easy access and flexible collection. Missed Delivery & Re-delivery Policy
In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery and no authority to leave is provided, the item will return to the depot. Re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges that may apply.
What We Need From You to Ensure a Seamless Delivery Experience:
- Inform us if someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
- If not, please provide a safe location where the item can be left.
- For business deliveries, include opening hours and the building name.
- Should your item arrive damaged, document the issue at delivery, take photos immediately, and email us at sales@ozcollectivehub.com for prompt assistance.
